Which products are covered?
A full 90-day supply of RootBioTec, PinoPlex or AvenaPlex: the 3-bottle option, 3X sets and sets with three serums.
What do I need to send?
Your order number and all your dated photos, by email or WhatsApp, within 30 days after day 90.
How does the refund work?
After approval you return the remaining product and packaging. The refund is the price you paid, without delivery, to your original payment method within 7 to 14 business days.
Any limits?
One claim per customer. Each case is reviewed with its photos. Single bottles, the 2-bottle option, shampoos and other products are not covered.
