Ten years ago, every hair serum on the shelf here was formulated somewhere else — for softer water, cooler air, different hair. We started Almond Hair to fix that.
Why we started
European formulas, Gulf water.
Walk into any pharmacy in Riyadh a decade ago and the hair care aisle was imported — French, German, Korean. Good products, developed for the conditions where they were made.
The Gulf is not those conditions. The water here is hard, heavy with calcium and magnesium that leave mineral residue on the hair shaft and dull the scalp. The air is dry and the sun is relentless. A serum designed for soft Northern European water behaves differently by the time it reaches a scalp in Riyadh in August.
Nobody was formulating for that. So we did.

We didn't take one serum and relabel it three times. Men's scalps, women's hair and beard skin behave differently, so each line is built around actives chosen for that job — sourced from Swiss suppliers, formulated for the climate they're used in.

A Swiss-sourced active complex from Mibelle Biochemistry, paired with Procapil™, Redensyl®, Capixyl™ and hyaluronic acid. Built into a lightweight serum that absorbs without residue — so it works under a cap, in the heat, every day.

PinoPlex™
Formulated for the way thinning shows on women's hair — at the part line, at the temples, in overall density. Same lightweight base, tuned for longer hair and daily styling.
Men · Beard
AvenaPlex™
Our newest generation, built on what we learned from a decade of beard serum. Beard hair is coarser and the skin beneath it behaves differently — this one is formulated for both, not adapted from a scalp formula.

Formulated here. Manufactured to standard.
Formulation happens with our own team, against the conditions our customers actually live in. Manufacturing happens in GMP-certified facilities in Türkiye, and every formula is registered with the SFDA before it reaches a shelf in the Kingdom.
