These terms govern your use of almondhair.com and any order you place through it. The site and the Almond Hair brand are operated by HEYGLOW CO., CR 4030566281, VAT 312422252200003, Al-Fayhaa District, Postal Code 22241, Jeddah, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
By placing an order you accept these terms.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract. By ordering you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete.
Products
Almond Hair products are cosmetics for external use on hair, beard and scalp. They are not medicines and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease, including hair loss as a medical condition.
Our claims describe the appearance, strength and feel of hair. Results build gradually with continued use and differ from person to person; no specific outcome is promised or guaranteed.
Always read the label and the full ingredient list before use. Patch-test before first use if you have a sensitive or reactive scalp. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, under medical care, or have a diagnosed scalp or skin condition, consult a qualified professional before using a new product. Discontinue use and seek advice if irritation occurs.
Colours and textures may appear differently on different screens. Packaging and formulations may be updated from time to time; the label on the product you receive is authoritative.
Prices and payment
- All prices are shown in Saudi Riyal (SAR) and are inclusive of 15% VAT.
- Shipping charges, where they apply, are shown at checkout before you confirm payment.
- We may change prices and offers at any time. The price that applies is the one shown at the moment you complete checkout, and changes never affect an order already confirmed.
- Payment is taken at checkout. Your order is confirmed only once payment is authorised.
Orders and acceptance
Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we send you a confirmation of dispatch. We may decline or cancel an order where an item is out of stock, where a pricing or description error has occurred, where we suspect fraud, or where delivery to the address is not possible. If we cancel after payment, we refund in full.
Promotions, bundles and discount codes
Discount codes are single-use per customer unless stated otherwise, cannot be combined unless stated otherwise, have no cash value, and may be withdrawn at any time. Where a free gift or bundle discount applies, returning part of the order may affect the discount or require the gift to be returned. Codes obtained through unauthorised means will not be honoured.
Delivery, returns and refunds
Delivery is covered by our Shipping and Delivery policy. Returns and refunds are covered by our Return and Refund Policy. Both form part of these terms.
Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your account details confidential and for all activity under your account. Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access. We may suspend an account we believe is being misused.
Intellectual property
The Almond Hair name and logo, our product names and trademarked actives, packaging design, photography, video, text and the design of this website are the property of HEYGLOW CO. or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce or use them commercially without our prior written permission.
Customer content
If you send us a review, photograph or video, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free right to use it in our marketing, with attribution where practical. You confirm the content is yours to share. We may remove content that is unlawful, offensive or misleading.
Accuracy
We work to keep product information, ingredient lists, prices and availability accurate and up to date, but do not warrant that everything on the site is free of error. Where a material error affects an order you have placed, we will contact you and, if you prefer, cancel and refund it in full.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability in connection with an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Third-party links
Our site may link to other websites. We are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.
Governing law and disputes
These terms and any purchase made through this site are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the competent Saudi courts.
If you have a complaint, please contact us first at hello@almondhair.com. We aim to resolve every complaint directly and promptly.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published on this page at the time you place your order.
