Return and Warranty Policy
Refunds will be made onto the original mode of payment and will be processed within 10 to 45 days depends on the issuing bank of the credit card.
* The warranty includes the package for three months of use. If you do not benefit, you will get a full refund

Return Policy
The mechanism and return policy of Almond Hair Trading Company:
1. In the event of a manufacturing defect in the product, it will be returned within three days from the date of receipt of the order.
2. To accept the return, the customer must prove his use of the product with pictures and a video recorded before
and after use.
3. The product must be used according to the mentioned period and the course must be completed, and its duration is (3 months) from the date of purchase. In the event of non-benefit, the return will be made within 10 days after the end of the course use.
4. It is not possible to return without bringing the empty packages and the purchase invoice.
5. The refund process is done via bank transfer and cash back will not be applied
The shipping cost will be deducted from it.
6. The product must be used according to the instructions for use mentioned in the package.
7. In the event of canceling the order after shipping, 50 riyals will be deducted from the shipping value.
8. Products that include warranty and return in case of non-use only hair product and beard product.
We have the right to refuse to return products that do not meet the criteria mentioned above.
