Shipping and Delivery

Delivery within Saudi Arabia

Our current Saudi delivery option is SMSA. Standard delivery is free on orders of SAR 200 or more. For orders below SAR 200, the delivery charge is SAR 25. The applicable charge and available delivery options are shown at checkout before payment.

Preparation and delivery time

Orders are prepared and dispatched within 1–2 business days. Our business days are Sunday–Thursday, excluding official public holidays. Orders placed during weekends or holidays are processed on the next business day.

The current SMSA delivery option displays an estimated 5–8 business days. Preparation is separate from transit time. These are estimates, not guarantees; remote areas, peak periods and circumstances outside our control may cause delays. Refer to the delivery estimate displayed at checkout for your address.

Tracking

You receive an order confirmation and a shipping confirmation with tracking when the parcel is dispatched. Use the carrier link in that message. If tracking has not arrived within three business days, contact hello@almondhair.com with your order number.

Delivery address and unsuccessful delivery

Check your address and active mobile number carefully at checkout. Address changes may not be possible after dispatch. If a parcel is returned because the address was incomplete or the recipient could not be reached, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery or a refund of the item value. Re-delivery may incur a further charge. Delivery attempts follow the carrier's current procedures.

Damaged or missing parcels

Inspect the parcel on arrival. If the outer box is visibly damaged, photograph it before opening where possible, tell the courier and contact us within seven days. Damaged and missing shipments are handled at our cost under our Return and Refund Policy.

Changes and cancellation

Contact us promptly to change or cancel an order. We can usually help before dispatch. After dispatch, the order is handled as a return.

Orders outside Saudi Arabia

International shipping options are available for supported destinations. The carrier, eligibility and charge are shown at checkout for your address. Saudi free-delivery offers do not apply internationally. If an option is unavailable or you need delivery or customs information, contact us before ordering.

Prices and tax

Store prices are displayed in Saudi riyals and include 15% VAT. A tax invoice is issued for every order. Review the final order total at checkout.
